Purchasing Policy

  1. Authenticity
    When you buy DarkRO Cash Points, you must provide us with the true, accurate, current and complete information needed for the transaction. DarkRO:Rebirth has the right to cancel any transaction when there are reasonable grounds to suspect that any information given is untrue, inaccurate, not current and incomplete.
  2. Information Security
    Rest assured that all information provided for each transaction will be kept confidential.
  3. Refunds
    All purchased items or cash points made and benefits received and non-refundable.
  4. Lost Purchased/Cash Items
    Please be aware that DarkRO:Rebirth Staffs will not be held liable if any funds or items are lost due to any circumstances (i.e., hacking/scamming).
  5. Others Buying Policy
    • You are not forced to make any purchased; it is your own choice.
    • You are much appreciated for helping this server by purchasing DarkRO Cash Points. But if you break a rule, you are still vulnerable enough to get sanctioned accordingly.
    • No item refining nor special items will be given (for balancing purposes) other than the list displayed in the in-game cash shop interface.
    • Secure your own account, Never, ever give out your account information to any other players or Staff Team (Sharing of account or items is done at your own risk and responsibility.)
